Common UI Controls - Panels - Stroke Selection
|Top Previous Next|
These settings specify the stroke used for an object. For text and shape objects, the stroke is drawn around the shape itself. For image objects, the stroke outlines the rectangle area of the image. Stroke is not drawn for video objects.
Use default stroke settings
Use the related stroke settings specified in the slide property themes.
Use stroke settings specified below
Override the default stroke settings as specified below.
*This setting is only visible when specifying stroke selection for slide objects. It is not visible when specifying stroke selection for slide properties and themes.
Specifies the color of the stroke.
Size of the stroke line in pixel width. Note that this size is not scaled with resizing of the object or display. For example, a stroke size of three pixels will always be three pixels regardless of whether the object is reduced in size or enlarged in size.
Specifies a pattern to be used for the stroke. Note that pattern is not supported for text objects nor is it supported for stroke size greater than 1.
Draw Stroke Over Fill
When selected, the stroke is drawn after the fill is drawn. This ensures that the entire stroke line is visible.
Draw Stroke Under Fill
When selected, the stroke is drawn before the fill is drawn. This is useful if you want to enlarge the stroke size without the stroke itself overwriting the fill of the object.
