PowerPoint slides do not appear on screen when using DeckLink

Symptom:
When using the DeckLink Plug-in, PowerPoint slide shows will not show up on the DeckLink output. The ProKey Systems typically have the DeckLink setup.
Possible Cause:
PPT 2010 does not correctly support this type of display through DeckLink.
Possible Solution:
Use either PPT 2007 or preferably PPT 2013. See KB TS212 for additional details.
