Image import from the internet is not working as expected
When trying to import an image using the Internet Import option in the images panel, either the import is unsuccessful or the import function has changed or is missing.
In some cases, images/sites prevent the importing or downloading of content. Sometimes, a pop up will occur that says you can't download the image, other times it just does not work in the panel at all
Try a different image or site to see if the behavior is consistent.
Verify the desired image is accessible outside of SongShow Plus.
In the specific case where the "Import into SongShow Plus" option is not appearing in the right-click menu: This appears to be caused by Internet Explorer 9 and is limited to Vista and later operating systems. We are investigating this and hope to provide a solution soon.
Revert back to Internet Explorer 8 by uninstalling the Internet Explorer 9 update. This can be done by going into the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features and viewing the installed updates. Select the IE9 update for removal and uninstall. When prompted, restart the system and IE8 should be restored.
Import the image directly from the browser rather than through SongShow Plus.
