The projected output appears to be frozen

Symptom:
The projected output appears to have stopped responding.  Attempts to re-present objects has no affect.  This may occur after a variety of other operations.

Possible Cause:
UAC elevation can cause the projected output to stop refreshing. This is caused by the secure desktop action of UAC.

Possible Solution:
Avoid UAC elevation while presenting.

Possible Solution:
Change UAC settings to prevent secure desktop activation.

Possible Cause:
Presentation of a PowerPoint slideshow with fixed resolution set.  This will change the output display and possibly the control display resolution causing the projected output to become unresponsive.

Possible Solution:
Avoid using the Fixed Resolution setting in PowerPoint.

Possible Cause:
Other error when presenting a PowerPoint slideshow causing the projected output to become unresponsive.

Possible Solution:
There may be other instances of PowerPoint use that cause this behavior.  Refer to TS219.
