A DAX Error occurs when launching the Live Video plug-in

Symptom:
A DAX Error occurs when launching the Live Video plug-in from the Tools menu that indicates the Class is not registered. This error will occur at SSP start-up if the Live Video configuration is set to load Live Video at launch.  

Possible Cause:
This has been identified as a failed class registration.

Possible Solution:
In some cases this module is installed in error.  If this is the case simply un-install the Live Video Plug-in to resolve this issue. 

Possible Solution:
The status of the Live Video plug-in is under review and depreciation is being considered.  In the meantime there is a fix available for this error if the Live Video plug-in is actually needed.  Please contact the support team for this fix.
