Access Violation error when adjusting audio track levels

Symptom:When attempting to adjust the audio levels of an audio track associated with song text in a program an access violation error occurs when the adjustment window is closed. This only happens when the audio track is playing. An unexpected error alert may also occur.

Possible Solution:
None - The audio settings appear to be saved as set before error occurs so adjustments can be done. Click OK to close the error window and ignore.
