Error message about D3DX9_##.dll is missing

Symptom:
When starting SSP, an error message is presented that states D3DX9_##.dll is missing
Possible Cause:
DirectX did not get updated when SongShow plus was installed.
Possible Solution:
Update DirectX by downloading this file: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=56511&clcid=0x409 and then installing DirectX.
