Mobile Control - Stage Monitor will not display images or video

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus using SongShow Mobile Control.

NOTE: SongShow Mobile Control 1.0 and Mobile Control 2.0 have been replaced with the Mobile Control (PWA).

Symptom:
When using the Mobile Control Stage Monitor it will not display images or video and only displays the text title of the presented object on the mobile device. 

Possible Cause:
This is expected behavior.  Only text is displayed in the Mobile Control Stage Monitor as indicated in the setup article. 

Possible Solution:
This is expected behavior.  There is no solution or work around for this.
