Mobile Control - user is presented with a message indicating there was a communications timeout error.
When trying to use a mobile control app the user is presented with a message indicating there was a communications timeout error and is offered options to try again or select another machine.
Slow or weak network connection. This message is expected behavior if the host machine does not respond within 5 seconds of a command being sent from the app.
This can happen due to a momentary blockage or loss of signal. Select the Try Again option.
You may be too far from your wireless access point. Select the Try Again option but if this persists, move closer to your wireless access point and try again.
A low signal strength or slow network can affect communication with the host. Select the Try Again option but if this persists, verify the signal strength and speed of your wireless network.
It is possible communication issue is with the host system. If you have another host system on the network, select the Switch Machine option to see if another system behaves better.
