Why can't I access certain areas of the forum anymore?*

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus.


If you are having trouble accessing certain parts of the SSPlash forum that you previously had access to such as the Beta Test Support section, Wish List or other subscriber specific areas, there are a couple of possible causes of this.

Your Song Show Plus Subscription is not current:
In order to have access to the subscriber areas of the forum, your SongShow Plus subscription must be current.  If you are not sure if you are current, you can contact the Support Team and they will gladly verify this for you and help you get your subscription current if it has expired.

Your Song Show Plus Subscription is current but the SSPlash forum information was not updated:
In order to have access to the subscriber areas of the forum, your SongShow Plus subscription must be current and the information must be updated on the SSPlash accounts associated with your SSP Customer number.  Sometimes this does not automatically update.  Please do the following:

1.  Log in to the forum
2.  Click on this link to go directly to the registration page.
3.  Once there, enter or verify the Organization ID and Postal Code information.
4.  Click on the "Save/Update Customer ID Information" link to update the information. The page should refresh and you should get confirmation that your information was successfully saved.
5.  Log out of the forum and log back in.  You should now have access to all subscriber areas in the SSplash forum.

Contact the Support Team if you continue to have trouble accessing areas of the forum.
